3. Repair Terms

3.1 Diagnosis

  • We test your device to identify issues.
  • Some diagnostics may require payment; you will be informed in advance.

3.2 Data Safety

  • We take care to protect your data.
  • We cannot guarantee full data recovery or prevent loss caused by existing faults.
  • Please back up your files before handing in your device.

3.3 Repair Time

  • We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible.
  • Repair times may vary depending on parts availability and complexity.

3.4 No Fix – No Fee

If we cannot repair your device or provide a solution, you will not be charged for labour.
(Exceptions apply to liquid damage, diagnostics, or special-order parts.)

3.5 Parts

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts.
  • All parts are tested before installation.
  • Special-order parts must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Warranty

4.1 Repairs Warranty

Most repairs come with a limited warranty covering the specific fault repaired. This does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Software issues
  • User mishandling
  • Damage caused after collection

4.2 Product Warranty

New, used and refurbished products include a warranty depending on the item. Warranty details are provided at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds & Returns

5.1 Services

Service fees are non-refundable once work has been completed.

5.2 Products

  • New products may be returned within a set period if unused and in original packaging.
  • Used and refurbished products may have different return conditions.
  • Special-order items and consumables (batteries, chargers, cables) are non-returnable.

Refunds are only issued in accordance with UK consumer law.

6. On-Site Visits

  • Callouts start from £35.
  • Additional charges may apply based on travel distance, time and work required.
  • If no one is present at the booked time, a callout fee still applies.

7. Remote Support

  • Remote sessions require a stable internet connection.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by poor connectivity or customer-side faults.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse website content
  • Attempt to breach security
  • Use the website for unlawful activity

We may update website content, pricing and availability without notice.
